"Paranormal Investigator 'makes contact' with a ghost on UK's most haunted road"

A paranormal investigator was left shaken after he claims to have made contact with a spirit on Britain's most haunted road.

Investigator Phil Sinclair was filmed in woods in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, to try to see if reported sightings of the spirits of children and a monk were true.

The 15-minute film shows Phil use Ovilus, a device that detects EMF (Electro Magnetic force) and turns it into language, to help communicate and record the spiritual encounter.
The footage, filmed on September 2, recorded a "terrifying growl" telling him to "get out" before the spirit says he needs something.

Phil replies "What do you need?" and it says "Your soul" speaking through the device.

He also caught a ghostly figure walk behind him around 5.53minutes into the footage.

"This investigation is the most terrifying one so for me personally as it effected me enough I couldn't sleep," said Phil, a 30-year-old guitar tutor.

"When I got home I couldn't shake the image from my mind, leaving me to take a sleeping tablet. I'm not the one to jump straight in and say everything is paranormal.

"I like to debunk as much as I can but this experience is something I cannot explain.

"The figure in the video seems to pass behind me and the girl holding the lighting and then said she feels a presence behind here.

"Moments later I saw a face of a man over her shoulder. I literally blinked and it was gone."

The road is claimed to be Britain's most haunted after reports from two security guards witnessing a group of children playing ring o' ring o' roses during its construction and a monk roaming the area.

Phil visited the haunted site along with Ashley Cox on camera and his partner Francesca Wilson, who was holding the lighting.

The group also recording the device pick up the words "hate" and "get out", leaving them to call it a night on the investigation.

Phil posts his paranormal investigations on his YouTube page with this particular video being viewed almost 47,000 times.

He also posted a slow motion clip of the ghostly figure moving behind him.

In the video's description, Phil wrote: "I literally struggle to find the words to describe what I witnessed during this investigation.

"I will be left with an image I will never forget.

"I feel I was making contact with multiple spirits either children or that of a male.

"I can't help to think I was dealing with an evil presence which ultimately told me to "Get Out”.
